Art & Media

Artist? No problem. We've got plenty of things for you to do here in Aladar!

With the beautiful scenery, with wild pokemon running everywhere, photographers, painters, drawers, or even doodlers can find plenty of things to express their artistic thoughts! Any person who would like to do something artsy can!

Dance studios are found for people who would like to dance. They can perform in plays in different places in their cities, depending on where you live. Pokemon can be decorated for fashion shows across the nation. Singers, dancers, and actors can also be shown on television. Each house usually has a TV, and a lot of people love to watch the news here. There are people watching for any indecency on the television though, so nothing unappropriate will be on.

Physical Structure

The houses in Aladar are similar in their neighborhoods. Most houses are similar in size and style. There's a lot of grass, making the neighborhoods green and healthy looking. There are many trees, lakes, forests, and tall grass that the pokemon live and hide in. In the water and the grass, you can find pokemon, and if you have pokeballs, you can capture them. Trainers add to their collections this way as they try to catch em all!

Each house has a large yard, full of green grass. Some neighborhoods will only have a few houses, with large roads in between. All of the towns have a pokecenter, a pokemart, and different buildings. Pokemon roam with their trainers and people are friendly around these parts. The forests are usually too thick and cramped to walk through.

Some areas have rocks, caves, and mountains. These dark caves also have pokemon that'll pop out at you and surprise trainers.

Any stores, competition areas, and gyms are all public. Areas in towns are public, until you reach the property of a family. This property is private, and they have control over what happens here. Pokemon trainers can walk into whatever house that they choose. Hospitality is welcomed here in Aladar! If somebody would not like for their house to be barged into, they must lock their doors. If you like visitors, leave it open, and let people come in!

Economics, Work, & Leisure

Poketrucks drive around the different supplies, distributing it to different pokemarts in towns. This way, people only have to walk to get the things that they may need. The currency is Pokedollar. The symbol for a pokedollar is a P with a double strikethrough. Whenever a trainer wins a battle, they recieve pokedollars from the trainer they defeted. Other people will work to get their pokedollars. Every citizen from age 18-63 will work part time at least. This way, people will all pay for themselves.

An average pokemon trainer will journey around the nation to capture pokemon and defeat trainers! Many will attempt to defeat the gym leaders. The gym leaders give the most pay, so once the trainer defeats them they get a lot of money, too.

Another job that could be done is a gym leader. These people stay in their certain gym, with a certain type of pokemon. Other people also stay in the gym and challenge the trainers that come into the gym before they are ready for the leaders.

If people don't want to work with pokemon, that's fine. They can be scientists, teachers, mathematicians, computer geeks, and more! They could be any job in society in the United States, but more with the help of pokemon!

Children and Education

Under the age of ten, children are not allowed to be on their own. With the acceptance from parents though, they can travel the world. They will fight dangerous battles, and go on perilous journeys. But in the end, they will come home to mother's cooking. Nobody really knows where the fathers go, other than work. They don't seem to be home often.

Children who are pokemon trainers may not get much schooling, but they do get an early start on their careers. This way, they become masters!

Other children are taught to be smart, and to get jobs somewhere else in Aladar, where they cann be helpful. This way, they can contribute to society and research different things about pokemon, save people's lives, or how to save energy, and more! There's so much to do in the job world!

Governing Body

This government is a democracy, lead by 5 The laws are enforced by Officer Jenny. Every female officer is named "Jenny" to familiarize the people with the officers. The officers and the Nurses all dress in their uniforms and color their hair the same to be familiar to the people by looks too.

Provisions For Life's Necessities

Everything that a person could ever need is provided by the Pokemarts. What is pokemart, you ask? It is a place where there is a wide selection of items that you can buy! Pokeballs, food, and medicine can all be bought here.

Pokemon that need healing or rest can be rested at the Pokecenter. They would be back in full health in no time. Humans can also be healed here!

To buy things in the pokemarts, people use the pokedollar that the people are paid with. Pokemon trainers receive pokedollar when they win pokemon battles.

Rules and Rationales

Rule Number One: When somebody asks you to battle, and you are a pokemon trainer, you must accept. To not battle is ruining the fun and adventure of the Utopia. It would destroy the hearts of the people and ruin the idea of having pokemon. If you are a trainer, you must train, and challenging other trainers is helpful for you to get better.

Rule Number Two: If you lose to a trainer, you must pay them a random sum of money. It encourages people to keep on battling, and to keep working on their pokemon. It is the only way for trainers to get their pay.

Rule Number Three: Bikes are not aloud inside. Plain and simple. The bikes would ruin the floors, and you might crash.

Rule Number Four: You must battle people in the gym before challenging the gym leader. This way, they know you are ready and not wasting their time.

Rule Number Five: Avoid the grass if you are without pokemon. If random pokemon pop up and attack you, you will be defenseless.

Rule Number Six: Keep pokemon safe. Especially the evolutions of Charmander. Don't let that tail get wet.

Rule Number Seven: All pokemon must have pokeballs. This way, if they are in a sticky situation, they are easily protected. The life of a pokemon is cherished.

Rule Number Eight: Don't become part of Team Rocket. It is illegal to steal pokemon. If you are caught stealing pokemon, you will be electrocuted, and you will blast off again.

Rule Number Nine: You must carry around a pokedex with you so you can record the pokemon of your journey. They are simple, and easy to use.

Rule Number Ten: If you want to be a nurse, your name is changed to Joy. If you want to be a police officer, your name is changed to Jenny. This only applies while you're on your job. This way, you are familiar to the people and it is easy to get used to, instead of being shy.

Rule Number Eleven: If you see a fence, you can only jump over it one way. Otherwise, you need to walk around it.

Obvious Rules:

No stealing, doing drugs, drinking underage, raping, murdering, harming others, threatening others, assaulting others, sppeeding on bikes, disobeying rules of property owner, bullying others, or doing anything else that would make someone's time in Aladar bad.

*Must be clothed.
